Superbowl Food

Did you have a fun Superbowl Sunday? Last year, for the party we went to, I made these sweet little treats.

This year, I decided for a less labour intensive dish - Buffalo Wing dip.

it's not the prettiest as far as looks go, but believe me, it tastes delicious

Here's how to make it. You need:
  • one brick of cream cheese (softened)
  • one jar of blue cheese dressing
  • one small bottle of your favourite hot sauce
  • one cup of cheddar cheese (grated)
  • one chicken breast, cooked and either shredded or chopped into small pieces

the overall theme is cheese
Mix all of the ingredients together and spread into an oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 until it's bubbling.
I serve it with celery and carrots, and most importantly tortilla chips.

Ps. Confession: Nick and I ate this as our dinner.

  1. use a couple of whole boneless chicken breasts and DONT shred. Mix and bake as directed. Serve as main dish. Garnish with chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes and a little shredded cheese. Awesome main course.
