Chef Nick

Husband decided to be in charge of last Sunday's dinner, despite being hungover and getting up at 5:30am for work that day (definitely a keeper!).

After reviewing various recipes, he decided to take a page from his Granddad's book. Giant Yorkshire puddings with beef stew inside. The ultimate British comfort food (as opposed to my comfort food).

After much deliberation, we decided that the Corning-ware would be the perfect vessel for the yorkies (because they are giant).

ps. Yorkshire Pudding tips: make sure to preheat the oven, the container you're making them in, and the cooking oil and make sure not to open the oven until they're ready (or they'll collapse)
